Our neighbour, Restaurant "La Neviera", managed by the passionate Walter, offers culinary delights with typical local products such as mushrooms and chestnuts. La Neviera Restaurant is located below the hotel and is an excellent gastronomic option for our guests.

The 'Locanda dei Folli' is a pillar of the "A Ruota Libera" project, a vision of Luca Trapanese which created the first ethical hotel in Southern Italy. This initiative lays the basis for a responsible and inclusive tourism, where every guest contributes to a fairer and more inclusive future.
A story to tell
Luca and Alba
Luca Trapanese adopted Alba in 2018, a little girl with Down syndrome who was abandoned at her birth. Trapanese, challenging all stereotypes, defends the 'traditional' family as being based on love and acceptance of diversity. The film 'Born for you' tells their adventure with a unique sensibility, and invites us to seriously reflect on the integration of people with disabilities.

Chef Antonio's recipes for revolution
Antonio De Benedetto is an Italian chef with an ambitious mission: changing the world through food. In the docufilm, Antonio leads a team of young men and women with Down syndrome or other intellectual disabilities from all over Italy. These young people take a path towards independence by working in the hospitality industry, which represents an opportunity for growth and inclusion in society. Their commitment and determination reflect Antonio's vision, who sees cooking as a way to promote social inclusion and positive change.
